Contains the following ingredients:

Maltodextrin, gum arabic (E414), triacetin (from sunflower and rapeseed) (0.2%), propylene glycol (0.2%)

The dosage varies depending on the type of use:

• Baked goods (cakes): 0.7%-1.5%

• Ice cream, sweet cream: 0.5% - 1.2%
