There carrageenan E407 is widely used in the food industry as a thickener, stabilizer, and gelling agent. It dissolves in cold water and is completely soluble above 70°C.


The ingredient is mainly used as a thickener in creams and desserts (especially milk-based ones), to increase yield and improve texture.


Directions for use: Pour the powder (previously mixed with the other powdered ingredients) into the water or milk, stirring until dissolved.

Shelf life 24 months in original packaging

Store in a dry place at temperatures not exceeding 25°C
